Public Consulting Group, Inc, (PCG) will serve as the Washington State Health Care Authority’s financial executor, focused on the five-year Medicaid Transformation , ending December 31, 2021.
Directed by Washington’s nine, regional Accountable Communities of Health (ACH), PCG will distribute incentive funds to partnering providers that have met targets supporting regional transformation projects as determined by each ACH. More specifically, PCG will record, process, distribute, and report on incentive fund payments and other financial transactions between the ACHs and partnering providers.
The incentive funds flow from federal Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) through the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. PCG will ensure that the fund distributions comply with all applicable laws, regulations.
